FINANCE OFFICER(S) ACCOUNTING/AUDIT STAFF

(8 VACANCIES)

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the preparation of financial analysis on variance, cost trend and business forecast.
2. Assist in consolidation of budget and cash flow in all phases of accounting, reconciliation, collection process, sales report and inventory


Job Requirements:

• Male/ Female, Accountancy graduate
• Not more than 35 year old
• Well versed in accounting principles, auditing and with round knowledge in government requirements and tax related matters
• Must be computer literate and with good communication skills
• Willing to be assigned in designated branches
• Preferably residence of CAMANAVA and BULACAN area
• For FINANCE OFFICER POSITION must be a (CPA)

Responsibilities::

• Process daily payment and receipt including bank reconciliation.
• Monitor the payment due date and outstanding invoices to protect company’s benefit.
• Daily collect, check receipt/ tax invoice and withholding tax certificate and send to accounting department.
• Daily check receipt/ payment and take care of filing and other related job assignment.

Qualifications:

• Female, age 22-35 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting
• 0-2 years experience in finance or related position, good knowledge in SAP B1 system is preferable
• Good command of spoken & written English and computer literacy
